Looking for a unique meeting venue? The Museum of Cider, housed in the old Bulmer’s factory, is just a short walk from the city centre and offers limited free parking.
Modern, lift-accessible meeting rooms are located on the first floor, with three rooms available for hire, each offering free Wi-Fi and projection facilities.
In-house refreshments and buffet lunches can be arranged in advance, and your group can enjoy complimentary museum access during opening hours.

Important information
- Room Hire VAT exempt.
- All our meeting rooms are situated on the first floor of the building. Whilst we have lift access to this area, in the event of a fire evacuation the lift cannot be used. Are all your delegates able to use the stairs in the event of an emergency? If not please advise us prior to the meeting as we may need to carry out a further assessment.
- Tables are set up in board room style. Change of layout will incur a £10 additional charge.
- A cancellation fee of £25.00 applies to all bookings cancelled once a completed booking form has been received. Final payment is due on receipt of invoice.
Opening hours
Access available from 9am-4.45pm Monday-Friday (10.30am-4.30 pm Saturday).
If you need access outside these hours an additional charge applies, £25.00 for the first two hours and £10.00 per hour thereafter, in addition to the hourly room hire rates above.
There is limited free car parking available for museum users, this is located in the area to the left of the museum as you enter, marked with yellow bollards.
