Guided tour
Book a guided tour and learn from one of our knowledgeable guides as they lead you through the museum. Guided tours incur an additional charge and need to be booked at least a week in advance. Discounts are available for groups of 15 or more.
Specialist talks
Talks on the history of cider, the museum and the importance of Herefordshire may also be booked, subject to availability. Groups of 20+ only. Specialist talks will incur an additional charge and need to be booked at least a week in advance.
Self-guided visits
Guide yourself around and experience the original cider factory and champagne cider cellars, listening to oral history recordings and other interactives along the way.
Tutored cider tasting
Book a talk and sample tasting with a local cider expert. Tasting sessions are aimed at groups of 15+ and incur an additional charge (a minimum charge applies). Must be booked at least a week in advance. Discounts are available for groups of 15 or more.

Important information
- A booking form must be completed for each Group booking. To request a booking form or for any further information please use the contact form below, and a member of the team will be in touch.
- For bookings outside of normal opening hours a surcharge will apply.
- Payment can be made in advance of the day by card over the telephone or paid on the day of the visit by cash, card or cheque (payable to ‘Hereford Cider Museum Trust’). One payment preferred.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of visit to notify the museum by telephoning 01432 354207.

Closed from the 22nd – 26th December.
Reopening Saturday 27th December.
